The project entails the following:
- Studies for the hydro plant building and electricity transport lines
- Civil engineering constructions of river plant and buildings
- Hydro-mechanic and electrical equipment installation
- Transport lines from the Gates of Hell-Kongolo (12km) and Gates of Hell-Kabalo (75km)
- Post construction HT/MT at Kongolo and Kabalo
- Energy supply network MT/BT at Kongolo and Kabalo and building of new networks for new cities
- Connecting new customers to the network
- Counters
- Public lighting network.
