Project Description
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of the development and planning of the Assal Lake tourist site, including building of reception and accommodation structures, a thermal station, and a commercial space to sell souvenirs.
The total planned area is 7,000m² detailed as follows:
- Accommodation and restaurant: 1,520m². The restaurant has a capacity for 30 people, and the accommodation 74 people
- Thermal station: 800m² with capacity for 30 people
- Commercial space: 330m²
