PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Power generation company Lone Star Energy seeks suitable investors/partners to raise a minimum of USD 90,000,000 for procurement and the installation of a power plant in Malawi. The opportunity is a unique and low risk investment proposition that offers attractive annual returns. The current developers have invested over USD 10,000,000 to date and have been given government approval to conduct a feasibility study.
This business process is at the stage where it is possible to offer additional new investors a 40% to 60% shareholding in Lone Star Energy Ltd, a Malawian registered company. The Government of Malawi will be the main off-taker in its quest to boost economic development in all sectors.

The feasibility study for this project is in the pipeline but the government has given it all the necessary approvals.
