Pearl Marina Estates

Pearl Marina Estates Limited, a subsidiary of Centum Investment, is undertaking a large-scale mixed-use development on 389 acres of prime land on the Garuga Peninsula in Wakiso District. The flagship project, Pearl Marina, envisages a fully integrated resort city comprising over 4,100 residential units alongside key commercial and social amenities, including hotels, retail centers, a marina, a hospital, a school, and office spaces.
