PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A 150-hectare private development in Naivasha, which aims to become an example of sustainable industrialization in Africa. The mission is to develop sustainable, reliable, and affordable infrastructure, utilities, and services and provide these to vision-aligned businesses and developers. The project’s EIR is 15%-25% with a hold of 45% upon exit.
The industrial park is targeting sectors of the economy that have an outsized positive social and environmental impact, including textiles and apparel, agro-processing, food and beverages manufacturing, light manufacturing, logistics services, responsible forestry processing, and waste-to-value.
