PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
To create a Special Economic Zone in the province of South-Ubangi in which the economic rules and regulations will be more advantageous for the companies that choose to locate there than those in the rest of the province and the country.
It will include improving the legal and institutional framework to attract domestic and foreign private investors.
