Project Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project aims to take fish farming to a new level with the In Pond Raceway System (IPRS) that was developed by Auburn University, USA.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

This project will include: 48 Ha of ponds, a hatchery, a feed plant, a fish filleting factory, and an organic fertilizer plant to get rid of fish waste, as well as a hybrid solar pump. It will be a climate-smart project, with reduced emissions.

The installed capacities are as follows:

  • Whole fish with installed capacity of 1,200 tons
  • Filleted fish with installed capacity of 720 tons
  • Organic fertilizer with installed capacity of 50 tons
