Construction of Luapula Hydroelectric Power Plants
Project Description
The Luapula hydroelectric site (Mambilima and Mumbotuta Falls) consists of waterfalls on the Luapula River on the border between Zambia and the DRC in the eastern part of Haut-Katanga Province.
